Hi! My name is Allison Jane—I'm a New York City based yoga, meditation, & nidra teacher.  My mission is to empower individuals to integrate into their essence, live authentically, and share their truth.

Poke around here for more about me, my work, class schedule, workshops and other offerings.

Thanks for stopping by!!

I teach a breath and alignment-based style of yoga called Ishta. The meaning of Ishta is two-fold as it translates to “that which resonates with the individual spirit” and also is an acronym for the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, & Ayurveda.

My teachings blend movement, breathe, meditation, yogic sleep, and sound—weaving together a holistic practice that guides students to balance.

Themes that come up in my classes include:
Radical Self-Acceptance.  Love.  Personal Peace.  Compassionate Challenge.  Everyday Joy.  Gratitude. Teaching Trust.  Active Listening.  Authenticity.  Honoring Your Story.
