I teach a breath and alignment-based style of yoga called Ishta. The meaning of Ishta is two-fold as it translates to “that which resonates with the individual spirit” and also is an acronym for the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, & Ayurveda.
My teachings blend movement, breathe, meditation, yogic sleep, and sound—weaving together a holistic practice that guides students to balance.
